Our/Los Angeles, located in the heart of Downtown LA’s Arts District, embodies the beauty of the West Coast, from the mountains to the beach, and everything in between.
Our/New York, in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood, is Manhattan’s first distillery in over 100 years. The epitome of style, it is characterized by the cool elegance its namesake has come to represent.

SCOPE
Our/Vodka is a minimal and modern company that enjoys being able to accentuate each city’s culture through quality vodka. In order to boost engagement they needed a packaging design that would visually express their core brand values and welcome new influencers from each city onto their team.

We chose to move forward with the "Discovery Box" direction because of its flexibility with a variety of other cities including New York and Miami. Using a simple yet recognizable linear map, allows the consumer to identify the map art as their home city and be able to easily locate their distillery.

STORY BEHIND THE DISTILLERY AND ITS VODKA
DESIGN INTEGRATION
Once a new label design was established, we integrated it into the rest of the distillery labels.
Because of the minimal and universal design of the preliminary label, we were able to seamlessly swap the necessary content to create an entirely new label for each city, without losing consumer familiarity with the brand.

ILLUSTRATED BASIL LABEL
SCOPE
At the distillery in New York, they offer a fresh basil infused vodka, so we decided to redesign that label as well.
GOAL
Illustrate minimal basil leaves that compliment the brand aesthetic.
ILLUSTRATING
The desired illustration was a minimal line drawing of basil leaves, so I decided to upload images of actual basil bundles onto Adobe Illustrator and trace them using the paintbrush tool. This allowed me to create hand-drawn vectorized basil leaves that would be easy to manipulate in order to attain a seamless flow around the label.
