LONGLEAF HEMP CO.
SCOPE – LOGO REDESIGN
ROLE – LOGO DESIGNER

WHO IS LHC?
LHC provides premium hemp, locally grown and refined on their North Carolina farm, to all those whose health may benefit from their products - always at a fair price

LOGO REDESIGN
The main goal of the logo was to emphasize the high-quality of their flower and the company harvesting only locally grown farm to sale products.

MOCK-UP – CHOSEN DIRECTION (DISCOVERY BOX)

DISCOVERY BOX
We chose to move forward with the "Discovery Box" direction because of its flexibility with a variety of other cities including New York and Miami. Using a simple yet recognizable linear map, allows the consumer to identify the map art as their home city and be able to easily locate their distillery.

LABEL REDESIGN
Our/Vodka wanted to create a fresh label that told consumers the story behind their product and their distillery in each city. This label had to be new and exciting, while also maintaining brand recognition.

STORY BEHIND THE DISTILLERY AND ITS VODKA
DESIGN INTEGRATION
Once a new label design was established, we integrated it into the rest of the distillery labels.
Because of the minimal and universal design of the preliminary label, we were able to seamlessly swap the necessary content to create an entirely new label for each city, without losing consumer familiarity with the brand.

ILLUSTRATED BASIL LABEL
At the distillery in New York, they offer a fresh basil infused vodka, so we decided to redesign that label as well. Our goal was to illustrate minimal basil leaves that compliment the brand aesthetic and accent the redesigned label.
BEHIND THE ILLUSTRATION
To maintain the brand aesthetic and not detract from the label itself, I decided to go with a simple line drawing of basil leaves.
